Engineering

Sealing Specialties provides in house and factory engineering support on applications, design, material guidance and selection, FEA studies, lab testing, and failure analysis.
Our years of experience allow us to employ best practices, the latest proven technologies, high-performance materials, and solution-based results.  Our hands-on technical supports allow us to differentiate and deliver value to our customers while addressing your most demanding requirements.

Kit Production

Our in house custom kit production is utilized by both OEM and MRO customers. Our capabilities include custom labeling, packaging, custom, and standard components, parts lists, and individual (1/bag) automated packaging.  Our dedicated production area can handle both low and high volume requirements. 

Reverse Engineering

A large percentage of our business involves producing seals and related components where the customer provides the current component and inquires with us to produce the same exact part, or with revisions.  Our reverse engineering capabilities allow us to duplicate seal and related components while delivering value-added cost savings, improved performance, shorter lead times, and hands-on technical support.  Our technical expertise and design guidance produces improved performance and increased reliability.

Vendor Managed Inventory

Sealing Specialties has the experience and knowledge to provide managed inventory when a customer/supplier partnership requires the value-added services of a vendor managed inventory (VMI).
VMI offers an additional value of lowering customer operating costs via reduced transactions, reduced inventory values, managed inventory levels, and a solid partnership on which supplier and customer can better act in concert toward common goals.
